Note: Shipping to certain remote areas may incur additional fees or longer delivery windows.

Delivery Terms
Important Requirements:
- All orders must be signed for upon delivery
- No drop-offs without authorization
- Two delivery attempts maximum
- Redelivery fee applies for returned shipments
We are not liable for delays resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified shipping information.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Goods:
- Inspect package upon delivery
- Report within 2 hours with photos

Lost Shipments:
- Notify within 5 hours if not received
- Investigation may take up to 14 business days
Order Changes
• Cancel/modify within 2 hours of placement
• Address changes before dispatch only
• Changes after dispatch may incur extra charges
