Bulk or container orders only

Must be arranged via Export Division

Note: Shipping to certain remote areas may incur additional fees or longer delivery windows.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Order volume (weight and dimensions)
Delivery location
Shipping speed (Standard, Expedited, Priority)
Incoterms for international bulk shipments

Note: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive notifications with:

Tracking number
Carrier details
Estimated delivery date

Track via our website or courier's tracking portal

Delivery Terms

Important Requirements:

  • All orders must be signed for upon delivery
  • No drop-offs without authorization
  • Two delivery attempts maximum
  • Redelivery fee applies for returned shipments

We are not liable for delays resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified shipping information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Goods:

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Report within 2 hours with photos
  • Email: hello@coconutwater.co.ke

Lost Shipments:

  • Notify within 5 hours if not received
  • Investigation may take up to 14 business days

Order Changes

• Cancel/modify within 2 hours of placement

• Address changes before dispatch only

• Changes after dispatch may incur extra charges

Legal Compliance

• All shipments comply with regulations

• No shipping to embargoed regions

• Orders may be rejected for legal violations
